Offerwatch Chrome Extension

Use the extension to capture jobs and create applications without leaving the job post.

Install

Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store .

Extension API access requires a Basic or Pro plan.

Before you start

1. Sign in to Offerwatch in your browser.
2. Sign in to the Chrome extension with the same account (Clerk Sync Host).
3. Make sure your Offerwatch session is active.

No separate API key is required.

What you can do from the extension

• Create a new application from the current job page
• Auto-fill fields from page content
• Send data directly to your Offerwatch workspace

Optional AI enrichment during creation

If enabled, Offerwatch can enrich extracted data (for example work mode, salary signals, location details, and cleaned descriptions).

This requires AI access on a paid plan and an active session.

If AI enrichment fails, the application is still created and saved in your Dashboard.

How to use it

Create Job Application

1. Open a job post in your browser.
2. Open the extension panel.
3. Click Fill to auto-populate fields from the page.
4. Review/edit the values.
5. Submit to create the application in Offerwatch.

• Alt+Shift+1: Open Create Job Application

Tips for better results

• Keep the job URL accurate to avoid duplicates.
• Use full job descriptions when possible.
• Quickly sanity-check auto-filled company and title before submit.

Troubleshooting

• Unauthorized / Not signed in
  Sign in again in both the web app and extension, then retry.
• Subscription required
  Extension AI endpoints require a paid plan (Basic or Pro).
• AI enrichment fails
  Verify your account has AI access and your profile is filled in for better context.
