Applications

Applications

Applications is your main pipeline workspace.

Main workflow

  1. Create a new application from the Dashboard or Applications page.
  2. Track it through your status pipeline on the Kanban board.
  3. Open the application details page to manage next steps.
  4. Use activities, notes, contacts, and AI tools from one place.

What each application includes

Core fields and context:

  • Company and role
  • Job URL, description, and reference
  • Status, work mode, and date applied
  • Salary range and on-site details
  • Optional linked CV
  • Notes and activity timeline

Application detail tabs

When you open an application, you can manage it through tabs:

  • Insights: quick snapshot of role and compensation context
  • Activities: log and review interviews, follow-ups, and tasks
  • Notes: keep role-specific notes in one place
  • AI Tools: generate role-specific outputs
  • Contacts: attach and manage relevant people for this role

Archive old application cycles

Archiving is useful when your search has multiple seasons across different years.

Example:

  • In Year A, you tracked applications and got a job.
  • In Year B, you come back for a new search and want a clean board.

Instead of deleting old records, archive them so they stay in your history but do not clutter your active pipeline.

Built-in actions

  • Edit application details anytime
  • Archive applications you want to hide from your active cycle
  • Delete applications when no longer needed
