By accessing or using Offerwatch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Offerwatch provides a job application tracking platform that allows users to manage job applications, store CVs, generate AI-powered cover letters, and analyze their job search pipeline. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or content that could harm the Service
  • Scrape, copy, or resell our Service or data without permission
  • Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others

5. Subscription and Payment

Certain features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Offerwatch and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT (SUCH AS COVER LETTERS) IS PROVIDED FOR ASSISTANCE ONLY AND SHOULD BE REVIEWED BEFORE USE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OFFERWATCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
